Hello all, hope everyone is well & enjoying the sunshine. Just thought I would share with you my new eating regime, been following it at home too over the last four months & seems to be working for me, maybe it will help someone else.
First of all I am coeliac, so cut out wheat & gluten years ago but also all dairy. Started taking Symprove, has helped tremendously. Noticed when on hols usually eat two meals a day, a large brunch & then dinner which seemed to work for me so carried it on at home & works here too. I don't think it can just be related to less stress 'cos not in work. Brunch (8.30 ish) consists of fruit, dairy free yoghurt & a dessert spoon of flaxseed. Followed by something with eggs - omelettes, chachouka, avo & egg on toast etc. GF toast & a DF frothy coffee. Just a drink at lunchtime, I do chores or the garden to distract myself altho' I'm not hungry by then but it feels as tho' I should be eating, out of habit. Dinner 6.00ish is three courses - usually a salad, main of meat fish or veggie, & fruit or DF cheese & bics, or choccy DF milk if I feel like a treat. No pain, bloating, wind etc, even after a bean/lentil based veggie main, & 'going' properly once a day after being up an hour or so. Got my mojo back & sleeping well too.
