Hi with CBD oil you must start off with a low dose and slowly build up so your body gets used to it.
I've tried it and honestly need a higher dosage, or might try it with a vape pen. Not sure I truly felt the effects as my little bottle was a fairly low ammount per sprey
I've been taking a full sprectrum CBD hemp oil for around a month now to help manage my IBS . It's really helped with some of the most debilitating symptoms such as fatique, muscle tiredness and I've found it's enabled me to feel much more alert and eliminated the brain fog that I suffered from more or less daily. If you suffer these symptoms I'd highly recommend trying CBD. Look for full spectrum CBD oils that have a high CBD content, as it's mg of CBD per serving that is most important. I use a 1000mg full spectrum hemp oil with 66.5% CBD and found it works really well
About 32mg a day works for me. I use a 120ml bottle containing 1000mg so works out at 32 servings of 31.25 mg per serving. This equates to approx 2 thirds of a teaspoon first thing in the morning. I also use a CBD hemp vape which helps me with stress and anxiety throughout the day. Like many people my IBS is made much worse by stress and anxiety. Unfortunately we're timed for bathroom breaks at work which has made things very difficult and further increased my stress levels but the CBD oil and vape has helped so much. I'd be happy to share my story and give advice to anyone considering taking CBD as it has really helped me with IBS and my wife with Chronic Fatique. My mum also takes it and it's helping her come off steroids for polymyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
It made me really poorly. Use it with caution. As it's quite a bad gut irritant.
However everyone is different.
