Hi All,

Just thought I would share this with you not used them yet but looks like they have many health benefits fennel seeds.

There are many other websites to have a look at but just picked this one out for you to have a look, I think I will be trying them for sure.

Fennel is great for bloating but for me too high in estrogen so women be aware of this - because it is high estrogen it makes my boobs absolutely gorge in size - like a woman who is pregnant and it's awful - papaya, aloe vera, peppermint does the same

Just remember we are all different - my body doesn't cope with high estrogen - other people I know are ok - just be aware and it will also depend I guess on your age - I only had this problem when I was peri-menopause/menopause when levels alter

I have used fennel in the past (mostly as a tea) but read more recently that fennel is high In FODMAPs so I removed it from my list of things safe to consume.
