I have the whole ones. I'll add a little to baking that has nuts like muffins, add it to granola, sprinkle some on plain yogurt or put in smoothies.
I put them in my porridge
Heyyy! I don't eat eggs so I use chia seeds for most me recipes in replacement. Have a look at this website there are loads of healthy recipes to help you out: coconutandwhat.com you can put them into shakes, baking, as thickeners and so much more hope that helps
They are high fibre? Can ibs d tolerate that do you think? Am interested as wanting to thicken almond milk. X
Yes they are fine with ibs d but not in larger than 2 tbsp. They help to Bind the food in the stomach as they grow but if taken in excess they can cause frequency. Try it and see what qty works for you. I have lots of recipes using it and all are OK for D.
Hi
They really upset my tummy but I have ibs c they are worth a try just try a small amount to start with.
I hope they work for you treez
