Anyone else got SIBO?

Hey Stupid_poos - I was diagnosed with SIBO following the Hydrogen Breath Test - I’ve found doing the low fodmap diet to be very helpful (not the easiest diet to follow!) but I now know a lot of my trigger foods (some of which have been quite innocent!) and so I can manage my day based on what I want to eat... have you tried the diet or been recommended it?

One further thing I do I still some super-strength probiotics (not the ones available from the supermarket) and these have also helped
