Hey, I’ve been reading more reviews for probiotics as I’m desperately seeking something to help me out with my IBS D. I’ve come across these, had anyone given them ago, all reviews are positive and people saying notice a difference within a week. Fingers crossed 🤞

Like these but I took them for bloating and constipation - but they puffed my face up a bit and it contains L.Casei which is a no no if you have histamine intolerance as it is an intolerance raiser so had to stop taking it but I did love it - apart from my issues I honestly would recommend it
I haven't tried these but Symprove has been a lifesaver for me,expensive but gave me my life back when my IBS D flared up dreadfully after a course of antibiotics .Initially recommended by my gastroenterologist .Good luck probioticcs are definitely worth a try.
I take Acidophilus and Saccharomyces boulardii. The later seems to have been helping the most although I'm not 100% it's that that is doing it as also taking vit D. Look up Saccharomyces boulardi as there's some interesting stuff. If I remember right it's a yeast based probiotic. The two above are meant to be good together.
