Bananas

Hi, just a short post..has anyone else had effects from eating bananas? Ive had uncomfortable pains since last sunday and only thing different I've had is a banana

No bananas make me happy good for depressed moods! They are only bad if not ripe for me! Never eat green ones wait til their ripe. 😊 Oh and mash them up with sugar my mum did that when I was sick. They have fibre so if you mash them up might be able to tolerate them. I found that out could try it and if not leave them alone. 😊And no way would a banana give you cramps for that long. If you ate meat or gluten or animal products more or nuts more likely culprits.
