Help me please

I took 2 sachets of laxido this morning and i am getting the pains in my stomach as i still havent gone to toilet so now i dont know what to do...can someone tell me what i need to do please

Have you tried increasing the fibre content of your diet and drinking plenty of water? At least 2litres without caffeine. I take lepicol plus with the laxido and find that works brilliantly. Good luck

Terri1234 eat more fresh fruit cut down on sugar, cut down the sweet stuff,you can eat dark chocolate you should aim to do 2 logs a day for healthy bowel, a little more exercise too. ,just a walk down the road and back increase it as you go,hope this helps ,to get your laxative to work a hot drink should do it
