Hi, have been on FODMAP for last 4 weeks so IBS symptoms have really improved along with acid reflux/heartburn, although the latter is still an issue but not as bad before I started the diet. Had hydrogen breath test on Monday and my symptoms have worsened considerably even though still following FODMAP. Anyone experienced this after the breath test?

Yes, I did see rather a lot of the interior of the bathroom for quite a few days after I had this test. Did you have to drink a sickeningly sweet glycerin mixture for it?
