It's a bacterial overgrowth, I have been diagnosed with post infectious sibo - you have to be on a low fodmap diet which I lost even more weight

No gluten dairy or sweet foods or most fruit

My symptoms didn't change much so now I'm cheating a little

What are your symptoms cheers
