I guess that is kind of a strange way of stating it, but it seems like whenever I have a BM...even one that is not diarrhea or hard, difficult... my intestines just feel 'mildly sick'... I know...another strange, evasive description but not sure how to describe it... It just feels like really 'light cramping pain'... Probably not enough to really complain about, but just enough to keep me aware that it doesn't feel right... Most of it is below abdomen and above groin area...Can any of you relate to this? I would really appreciate hearing from you.

I didn't realize til just a few minutes ago that I posted a VERY similar post to this one...sorry...memory thing... ANYWAY...I reread all of your kind responses and felt so much better again.
The result of my CT scan was ok...it did show 'diverticuLOSIS' ...(not litis) and that is not real serious and I Googled a site that said you could have mild symptoms of cramping, bloating, etc... I know I am not helping myself any by obsessing on this, and I have GOT to get over that... I am SO GRATEFUL for you understanding people... here is love and GOOD HEALTH to all of us! <3
I have had this. Iv been constant bloated for 7 days but it goes down by morning. However this is when I'm more likely to have a bm. When I do my stomach feels weird and light with an annoying ache. Not sure how to described it same as you lol. But I know how u feel.
Xx
Thanks, Sammy... today was one of the 'good' days...no BM, but tomorrow might spin a different tale.... I guess the best we can do is take one day at a time...You take good care, and thanks for responding.
I have this feeling everyday & i dread it!! My heart pumps like hell when i go to the loo!!😢😢 ive had 3 major surgeries in 20 years but this last 2 yesrs the I B S etc is unbearable.ive had "accidents" while out shopping etc. Horrid situation!
Oh dear, Missy...I am so sorry you are going through this... Is it because of fear that your heart starts beating so fast--because you are afraid of how you will feel AFTER a bm??
Do you take any kind of meds?...especially meaning like for anxiety?? IF not I wonder if that might help you... I just finally realized that 'accidents happen BM wise' so I simply wear Shields (like Depends but cheaper) It help to have a feeling of reassurance... Anyway, wonder if your Dr is offering any ideas or suggestions about your IBS?? I sincerely hope you find some kind of relief soon...best wishes to you. <3
