Hi Deb131. I've been taking mine just before bed, around 10pm. For no reason other that then is when I take my contraceptive pill, and I figured it would be easier to remember to take both together. I take Alforex/Align (UK brand/US brand name) and I read on their website that the pill can be taken at any time of the day. Perhaps take do a Google search for your probiotics FAQ page! Good luck!

I take mine with brekkie and then again before dinner in evening, i take two a day. I also take a digestive enzyme that helps me with food.

I take mine just before breakfast but I would stick to the instructions on the ones you buy
