For the last week I have had a really what I can only describe as sore pain in my lower abdomen. It's slightly more right sided and can creep upper wards at times. It's horrible and just have a strange feeling in lower abdomen almost as if something about to happen but it doesn't. Also have a white coated tongue with a bitter taste. Pain eases off at night usually. Anyone else know what I mean?
