When will nausea go away

So I had vomiting and diarrhoea yesterday and today I feel nauseous and i was just wondering when will the nausea will go away

Ginger helps yes and peppermints as it settles the stomach

If there is no more of the runs, you need to give your tummy time to recover by NOT eating for 24 hrs. That includes milk. Milk is actually a food, so fast for a day, but take water. Only take small amounts at a time cos if you take a great big drink, your tummy might retaliate. Give it a day of rest. If you still feel unwell after that, go to the docs!

For my nausea, I have used Accuputure in my ears. It really helps. If you have a bug; Peppermint, Ginger, Fennel teas are good. Also, look up Help for IBS. It is run by Heather Van Doross. She has a wealth of information on her website for IBS.

Dont go to the drs till you are 48hrs clear. As if a bug you will infect others
