cronic constipation

i have and ostomy for no good reason it does not work. i have caonstapation real ba for years and still do . started to take constella ,it works but mostly all watery some stool anyone else have that problem?

Try some probiotics and fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut. Could be to do with not enough good bacteria
