I suffer with extreme bloating. I am always trying new things to try and help. My latest is hot water and lemon first thing before eating anything. The second is Bimuno, I am not sure which one is helping but my stomach has been much more comfortable, at the moment you can get a free trial of Bimuno bimuno.com/trial?gclid=CJu0... so nothing to lose.
