Long-lasting dull discomfort in penis shaft

It's weird.. I had prostatitis and have been cured but something weird stayed as a leftover... I have constant ups and dowbs of dull pain in the penis.. When it goes away it comes back with the slightest of lifting weight or sports activity except swimming which is weird... If I lift 5kg up and dowb it will start again next day gradually but I can swim without any symtoms... I have had this for 3 or 4 yeara now... has anybody experienced something similar?
