Hi all. After a bad bout of IBS (still on going), I was given a colonoscopy which resulted in removal of polyps n locating muscular dystrophy in the sigmoid colon area. I am awaiting a scan for this. My concern, does taking the kleen prep strip your gut of the good bacteria? Doesn't seem to matter what I eat it is not agreeing with me.
