Do have IBS-d or c? I'm not clear. I have IBS-c, but in years past have had both. I'll tell you what I do. I take the oral probiotic VSL#3. It's available on Amazon. I also eat Activia yogurt every day. I try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables to get enough fiber every day. If those don't work, I resort to a glycerin suppository. I don't like to do that, but I will. For the gas, I take lots of Simethicone, an OTC med that breaks down large gas bubbles into smaller ones that you can expel easier. That's my plan and it works pretty well. You have figured out to avoid foods you don't tolerate. Good luck, Nesie 237
