Still in pain

Had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago and still have this gripping sensation where it used to be and when I bend down to try and cut my toe nails it goes into a spasm and I have to stop,anyone else experience this?

You may have scar adhesion

You would need to be referred for a scan of the surgery area. It may involve keyhole surgery to separate the tissue. I hope this helps.
