Get Optibac saccharomyces boulardii and take four sachets a day. Contact me if you want more info.

I'd suggest after 3 months you should speak to your doctor before trying any supplements etc. You don't say how old you are but mention school so definitely go and get it sorted at your doctors.

I agree with ceejayblue - you should consult your doctor before taking anything and ignoring this diarrhoea which could be a sign that you need additional help, or treatment for an simple infection. Don't feel embarrassed to go to your doctor; they will have heard and seen it all before and if you feel uncomfortable about discussing your symptoms; write what is worrying you down and just give the paper to them - it helps break the ice and get over any awkwardness you may feel about talking about your symptoms and fears.

Try to eat more eggs. They help to make your discharge much more solid, but if you take too many you will end up constipated. One egg a day, at most. Try to drink less fizzy drinks, and make sure you drink water, but not more than 2 ltr a day. I hope it will help you.
