I got 20 billion in a daily capsule from Holland & Barrett. I really believe they are now helping me. Either that or in combination with a veritable mixture! Be careful buying stuff like this from Amazon. I have just returned 2 bottles of 90% deet because they afforded little to no protection (good for the Amazon Jungle but not Suffolk it seems). Whatever you do, I hope you find some respite from this God awful illness 😁

I have seen the Holland and Barret one online. They are a reasonable price too.

I have used pro biotics for years but I always get mine Holland and Barrett or a good health shop. I swear by them. Be sure you are getting the proper thing if you purchase from Amazon. Good luck.

I have used many probiotics & am having great luck with VSL-3.
