eggs and constipation

I used to think that the idea that eggs are "binding" was an old wives tale but now I find that if I eat more than one everything grinds to a halt - which is annoying as I love them. Just wondered if anyone else finds this?

Hi, not an old wife's tale,eggs are well known to bind you up, so might be an idea to stop eating them for a while, even though you love them. 😩

Hi Janke, it's not an old wives tale, they do actually bind you. Even though you love them it's best to give them a rest for a while.
