Is it in your stomach (higher up) or bowels? If it's your stomach could it be acid? I sometimes get a burning sensation in the pit of my stomach, especially if I eat spicy food or if I eat a big meal after not eating much all day. See your GP to be sure x

Try an antacid for a couple of days just to see if it eases , zantac or similar , obviously if you are taking medications it would be wise to ask doc or chemist before taking them , but if it eases it will answer your question ,
