burning sensation

I've a burning sensation and lil' pain in my lower abdomen. I'm also suffering from constipation. Are these symptomes related to IBS?

I have had burning sensation for quite a while, I had a endoscopy done 2 months ago it showed erosion in stomach due to too much meds, I am also suffer from depression, so I have to take ,no choice, however he put me on 1 pill a dy before breakfast and it has ease the burning not sure of the script, he said it works like Prilosec but better good luck

Yes, both of them can be.... It is AMAZING at how many different symptoms we can all have.... right now I am going through a period in which I feel a bit scared because I swear I have 'never felt quite like this before' even though I am sure I probably have. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water...some say more, but I think 48 oz is a goodly amount... plus, eat lots of fruit...both of these help me when I have the constipation thing. Good luck to you, Anish... Taking psyllium husks helps me, too. I don't do well with the powder, but the husks help. Yerba Prima is a good brand. (hope its ok to mention the brand)

I have that evetyday!! Its dreadful!! Usually comes with hard stools or constipationx

Only liquid paracetomol now anish.the side effects of other drugs from the doctors made my life a misery!! Sometimes i sit tbete with a stone cold cloth on my tummy!! Awful!! Xx
