Patulous intestine

Hi all, i was diagnosed of gastritis 6months ago, am still battling with it and on the process of endoscopy, it was noted that the orifice leading into the pylorus is strictly patulous . Pls what does this mean and what could be the causes. Pls I need urgent response.
