Hi everyone, I am new to ibs got diagnosed about 3 months ago and slowly getting used to it.
I am prescribed Colonic Mr take 2 tablets a day before food I have these lunch & dinner.
I suffer badly with excess wind and bloating what can help me please I look pregnant alot of the time.

You need to find out what food is causing the gas problem. Prime suspects could be onions or garlic, various veg like peas cauliflower and pulses and legumes. Could also be gluten or lactose. Try looking at the FODMAPS exclusion diet to help you find out. There is lots about it on this site if you do s search or go to Monash University website or download their app.
I agree with everything sashapet has said. The FODMAP diet is amazing and has helped a great many IBS-ers including me.
Have you had all the tests to rule out other causes of your problems?
I suffer with bloating like you, ive been taking colpermin tablets (available over counter) they are peppermint tablets, they have made a big difference to my bloating, they've really helped me, more than any tablets the doctors prescribed. X
I have found that I get bloated if I have diet coke and too much sugar or carbs. I take peppermint capsules and charcoal too as both help alleviate gas. peppermint tea or fennel tea is good too.
