Severe cramping and bloating

I have had a lot of issues going on. I get terrible pain in the evening after I eat in the middle just under my ribs. I had the scope done and they found a small hiatus hernia but didn't think it would be causing the pain. I ended up in hospital with a severe bout of acute colitis. I have had colonoscopy done they think it was infection. I had my gallbladder out in February and am ercp done on my bile duct. I'm still getting the pain but now I am doubled over with abdominal cramps like a knife. Terrible bloating so much do I look pregnant. I am quite slim usually. Please I would like to know who else is like this and what helps.
