Have you tried ileocecal valve massage to relieve diarrhoea and/or constipation?

If you haven't it may well be worth a try.

A chiropracter recently told me that thousands of people diagnosed with that good old catch-all term 'IBS' have actually got a malfuntioning ileocecal valve and that it can easily be corrected by a little bit of self-massage for 5 - 10 seconds 3 times a day.

The following link will take you to one of the many websites which explain what to do:

It has to be worth a try, so do have a go.
