Has anyone tried oxygenated magnesium products and if so which ones? Did you prefer one in particular? I have tried Oxypowder, Colon and Mag 07. I think Colosan best for me.

Are you in UK? I use magnesium in capsules 2-200 mg Bluebonnet brand. I have to make myself take with vitamins. I used to be religious in taking my supplements. Now doc is telling me I HAVE TO take , I can't remember
