Patsy Catsos's book 'IBS-Free At Last! or Sue Shepherd and Peter Gibson's book 'The Complete Low-FODMAP Diet: A Revolutionary Plan For Managing IBS And Other Digestive Disorders'. Sue Shepherd developed the diet at Monash so you can't really go wrong.

Well it worked for me. I had IBS-D - I did it with the help of a specialist nutritionist in February. It took months but I can now say that I am so much better but have not identified any particular food that affects me. I do know now that if I am in any doubt ie eating out etc I stick to Low FODMAP foods and I am fine. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
