Parsnips - low fodmap?
I thought parsnips were low fodmap but I don`t have the latest information. I had some last night and have had quite bad wind etc since . Does anyone else have problems eating them?
What do you give to someone with wind?
A kite. boom boom
anyone suffering from this won`t find your comment the slightest bit amusing
Have been there myself before, have been doubled over in pain of trapped wind.No joke..
Sorry if offended.
I think for a vegetable they can be sweet and depending on your cooking method can increase the sugar content - may need to avoid if you have an issue with sugar x
i too find them a windy veg. I mostly eat them roasted but also in soups.
Yes. I too suffer the same. I like parsnips but have to decline. I think it’s the carbohydrates/fibre.
Yes I don't eat parsnips as a rule but I have treated myself to one for Christmas I also don't eat cauliflower for the same reason, wind is so bad, and one brussle sprout is my limit for a meal.
Hi all. Has anyone found the LOW FODMAP diet helps with low digestion. I've been advised my constipation...
one that is compatible with the low FODMAP diet? Some contain apple for example.. Any tips would be helpful...
grapes. Now all of these fruits have 0 fodmaps in them, so I can eat a lot right? Or am I wrong here...
