IBS symptoms worse since stopping anti-depressants

Hi

I've recently titrated off anti-depressants (citalopram) 10 days ago but since starting to lower the dose 8 weeks ago, my IBS has got worse again. I have IBS A and I am strict with what I eat and stick to a low FODMAP diet. My diet hasn't changed, but I am finding i'm in pain at various points on a daily basis and I'm switching between C and D within a 24hr period. I'm also finding that generally I am feeling pain more.

Has anyone else experienced similar? I l know a lot of serotonin is found on the gut but I didn't expect to be so bad again since coming off the antidepressants, which I fear will kick off the whole cycle again.
