I was diagnosed with FND March this year but my neurologist has retired and not really set a proper plan in action I trust in. I feel abadoned and believe that my symptoms of FND are down to being on the previous ms drug tysabri as convinient my pain only started when I was forced to stop the treatment

Did you know we can’t have cold medicine with anxiety/depression meds?!
Yesterday I developed quite the cold and decided to take some Tylenol cough cold and flu medicine. If you’re on an SSRI (Paxil, Prozac, etc) DO NOT. Apparently the dextromethorphan in medications like Tylenol cough cold and flu can cause a bad reaction called seretonin syndrome? Who would’ve thought!

Greetings, all. This is my first posting to this site, although I have been following it for some time. First, I want to thank everyone who has posted here – and particular thanks to Raffs and others with broad experience who have generously shared their knowledge. Although I wouldn't wish this condition

Present Situation not to enjoy
I am just reviewing my Situation with regards to my rls. Perhaps some of you have an idea for a further way. After quite some years I stopped pramipexol . dosage was 1x 0,12 mg in the evening. It was not helping any more and brought Augmentation. So I switched with help of my Neurologist to Pregabalin

Exercise therapy in Warwick, UK
Anyone here living in or around Warwickshire, Uk? If so I would like to let you know about the therapy programmes and classes specifically for people with PD coming soon. I have briefly talked about what I do when responding to other people's posts and have been asked by some to share more information

Some really good info...
I thought I would post some info on glutamate/glutamine and its (supposed to happen) conversion to GABA (which is problematic in RLS people.) Glutamate is excitatory and GABA is inhibitory. Glutamate is what keeps one awake and stimulated, while GABA is what helps one relax and sleep. These are some

Knee replacement surgery under 30?
I’m 28 and facing a knee replacement operation. Has anyone on here had a total knee replacement under the age of 30? Been suffering since I was 16 and my right knee is now very worn down - consultant says knee op is only option left. I’m wondering how much it will improve my quality of life and how long

Plastic surgery
15 years ago I had a breast augmentation. I had never even heard of Hughes back then or worried about my health. I was young healthy etc. I am now petrified as I know my implants need to be replaced ( they only have a certain shelf life). Has anyone on here had a surgical procedure done? I know it shouldn
