Darolutimide as monotherapy
I know there has been a phase 2 trial (EORTC-GUCG 1532 trial) testing the efficacy of Darolutimide as monotherapy and was wondering if anyone outside of the trial has done this. The phase 2 triall seemed to show that it could be very effective in lowering PSA. Since it doesn't actually stop testosterone

On vacation!
Didn't think I would ever go on an ADT vacation. My new urologist thinks it would be a good idea since I have several SE from my MDS-RS with the worst being fatigue added to my ADT fatigue. Have been on Eligard after radiation for 3 yrs. with PSA undetectable. Am sure in my mind that the radiation

bone strength
Here’s a good detailed explanation of how exercise works to strengthen bones. I’ve always concentrated on muscle building and muscle strength and endurance, but an important part is the bone strengthening that also occurs. Even more important now that I’m on ADT. https://youtu.be/1gToyjm4NNA

Are PSMA negative mets usually castrate resistant?
I had 2 clear PSMA-PETs (at a PSA of 2 & then 4) so Dr. Scholz recommended I get an FDG PET. Low and behold 3 decent sized mets showed up. In my subsequent research it seems like all the published articles describe the PSMA negative mets as being castrate resistant. Zytiga/Lupron was effective before

Hello everyone...
It was in August 2022 that my primary care became alarmed after my PSA returned, and it was 77 plus, that I likewise became alarmed by the fact that I must deal with prostate cancer. As a result, I tried hormone therapy for six months and thought about killing myself if I did not die first from the

mCRPC. Total PSA is up from 1.2 to 2.1 in 2 months, but free PSA went to 14% from 5%. Can this be hyperplasia, or in ADT any PSA up is PCa?

T level test
Having my first PSA test since IMRT in a few weeks. (last ADT/Lupron was early February. 90 day. Salvage IMRT Radiation ended Early January. Is there a reason my doc didn't order T level test to coincide with the PSA? Seems like you would track increases or Nadirs etc, having them tested the same time

headaches when moving from NDT to t3 and Levo.
I’ve been on NDT which hasn’t been working anymore as my t4 too low but when I increase my t3 goes too high. I dropped my NDT from 200mg to 40mg and started the t3 2 weeks ago expecting to start Levo a few days after. But my GP surgery is refusing to prescribe it after my private consultant recommended

Switching from NDT to T3 only - what dose?
Hi, I have been on NDT since 2016, and surely had some relief when starting. Before NDT I really had no life. But as I still have a lot of symptoms (the worse being extreme fatigue), I decided to try to taper off to see if I was over medicated. So this spring I tapered from 2,75 grains to 1,25 grains

Are there options past Pluvicto?
Hi! First, thanks to all of you for sharing and caring for each other in this forum. It means so much, to so many of us! I am on this forum on behalf of my father. He was diagnosed last year, and over the last 15 months he has endured ADT, Zytiga, Docetaxel (6 cycles), Cabazitaxel (four cycles before

Ginseng and Testosterone
Does anyone know of any solid clinical proof that Ginseng does promotes the rise of testosterone and whether it is safe to take whilst being treated for PC. I know whilst on adt it helps with overall fatigue but would that be defeating the object of the pc cells feeding on more produced testosterone,

ADT Hot Flashes
I've been on ADT since Feb, 2023 maintaining everything ok, play Water Polo 4x a week for 2 hours - master water polo team and lift weights - but in the last few weeks the hot flashes are crazy strong. One minute I'm doing great and then 30 seconds later sweating bullets. I work from home thank god,

ndt dosage advice after results please
I have been taking NDT for 8 weeks and had my blood test yesterday. Results are attached. I initially felt much better but in the last couple of weeks I have felt the fatigue creep back in a little so was thinking I may need to increase my dose a little following my blood test. I normally take 2 grains

Dormant or Dead?
I asked my MO early on if ADT kills PC cells or do they simply go dormant? He stated that they go dormant. Since this discussion I have read that ADT starves cancer cells of T and then they die off. So do they die or simply go dormant, or is it a mix of both?

Help! Need feedback on Pluvicto recommendation
Quick recap - asymptomatic hubby was diagnosed with StageIVb last summer. No mutations but was already in soft tissue of brain, lungs and bones. Stereotactic radiation last July took care of two brain tumors. He has responded extremely well to triple therapy (Lupron, Zytiga, and Docetaxal). It took
