Had enough
I've tried oils, creams,
vitamins
. Only thing that seems to help is a electric massage wrap.

Bench mark blood tests before switching to NDT
Vitamins
/ Supplements include: B1, B12, C & Zinc, D3, Ashwaganda, Berberine, Turmeric, CoQ10, Chlorella, Natural Progesteron. My doctor is very sympathetic but forbidden to prescribe NDT by the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.

I've recently used MediChecks and taken their advanced thyroid test, including
vitamins
. TSH, T4, and antibodies all came back within a normal range; however T3 was very low end of normal (3.2 in range of 3.1 to 6.8).

Looking for advice for my daughter.
Her
vitamins
were tested last in October 2022 which were dreadful & I bought her a B12 spray as she forgets to take or is reluctant to take tablets.

pregnancy vitamins with hypo/hashis
Hi again, Can anyone advise what
vitamins
to take now as a pregnant hypo/hashis. I just want a pregnancy multivitamin but I have been taking a plethora of separate
vitamins
but am now too scared to to take any of them apart from folic acid and vitamin D. Any advice would be great.

Feeling desperate
This is mainly my own doing as when I'm feeling well I tend to become relaxed with my regular medication...not so much my NDT but certainly the
vitamins
I should be taking.

dose increase?
My question is then, should I go for it and up my Levo a bit now, or wait and see if working on my iron and
vitamins
helps before doing this? I am an annoying mix of impatient and anxious so keep going back and forth on the subject!

Prevention Routine?? 5 1/2yrs. on the I/O clinical trial
* SUPPLEMENTATION: I take
vitamins
D3, C, B complex, B-12 (sublingual), Zinc (sublingual), magnesium, and iron. Best way to take iron is on an empty stomach with Vitamin C (when you get up in the morning) and don’t eat or drink anything except water for at least 1 hour afterwards.

CBC test anemia: high MCV, MCH, low RBC and leukocytes?
He is 66 and began taking iron supplements after we discovered his age 50+
vitamins
have no iron (and his diet has been poor). But now I'm thinking that may not be the issue. I know radiation fatigue can do a number of folks, as can ADT. Are the high/low values indicative of anything?

Vitamin D loading dose issue
I have heard of a company named Wild Nutrition that provides
vitamins
and minerals as food grown forms so they’re not synthetic and your body recognises it as food so digests it a lot easily. I just don’t feel comfortable at all taking any synthetic vitamin after what’s happened.
