I, for the last 5 years, thorough research, have tried to see if any
vitamins
, herbs helped her Parkinsons. I recently, started her on B3 1000mg a day and CoQu10 100mg a day and for the last 6 weeks she has had none of the cramp systems. I mentioned this to her MDD but got no feedback.

Vitamins/supplements for cll?
I found out AFTER I was diagnosed with CLL that low vitamin D is a risk factor for getting CLL. I have had chronically low vitamin D even though I worked outside for half my working life. I was haphazard in supplementing the past 30 years. With recent research, I'm seeing all kinds of supposedly helpful

I am naturally curly which is prone to frizz but even though I am quite well medicated on my levo and my
vitamins
are getting so much better. Not much longer to optimal, my hair is so hard to keep nourished. What shampoos/conditioners/leave ins do people suggest please.

Newbie here but need help
I’m still waiting for
vitamins
and minerals results to come back. If I’ve done it correctly I’ve attached a picture of the bloods they have asked for and the results from TSH. Thank you for reading and I appreciate any advice that can be offered. :)

So very grateful for Thyroid UK
and learning so much about
vitamins
, private blood tests, private Endos, and so much more, things are turning around. I have a supportive husband and family and I know many don’t have that but I know the support here is absolutely irreplaceable. I am so very, very grateful.☺️🥰

CBC test anemia: high MCV, MCH, low RBC and leukocytes?
He is 66 and began taking iron supplements after we discovered his age 50+
vitamins
have no iron (and his diet has been poor). But now I'm thinking that may not be the issue. I know radiation fatigue can do a number of folks, as can ADT. Are the high/low values indicative of anything?

Website for Vitamins?
Hi, could anyone point me in the direction of a reputable website where I can buy pure
vitamins
with no added fillers namely Magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B Complex, Selenium and Zinc. Ideally I would like to order all from the same website. Thank you!

Now of course I'm wondering if I'm not feeling good without the various
Vitamins
I usually take, rather than for any other reason.

Diet Advice for ET please
She went on to say that I should never eat red meat and that I should not take any breakfast cereal which is fortified with
vitamins
, etc. She handed me the MPN Voice book and told me to read it when I got home. I was, of course, very taken aback and got no chance to ask any questions.
