Guidance on levo dosing
Hi All , I'd really appreciate any guidance/wisdom that could help me with the next step on my Thyroid journey!.. To summarize, I have been subclinical hypothyroid (TSH comes back in 4-5 range) several years. I started on Levothyroxine in January this year to try feel better, and have kept a log

Can You Refuse Certain Blood Tests
I had a consult with a Livi doctor last week for non thyroid related issue, he wanted me to have a load of bloods done. I've checked online and see what he's ordered. It includes B12, which is pointless as I'm on jabs and have been for years, so B12 always very high. ( the lab always moan and point this

Ttc with high tpo antibodies
I have had 3 miscarriages in the last couple of years. 1 spontaneous 2 mmc. Always around 6 to 7 weeks. I was given aspirin and progesterone on the last pregnancy but it didn't work. After my 3rd mc I had lots of investigations done and it showed I had high TPO antibodies. Everything else was normal.

B12 and piece of mind. Coming to terms with being sick.
Every time I feel I am dealing with this, something troubles me. As well as low B12 I seem to have had cystitis again recently and am antibiotics, I can’t describe how worn down I am. I also have to inject a drug called Humira. This drug has many risks involved including cancers. Due to blood being in

Advice on Blood results please?
Hi, I'm not diagnosed with any thyroid problems but have had numerous blood tests over the last 4 years because of severe menopause symptoms that have not responded to HRT. Would you be able to have a look and see what you think please? I have also included some of the vitamins tested.

Abdominal Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment
I have been suffering with bloating, nausea and burning pain from my hip down to my groin, and across my abdomen for over two years. I have seen many specialists trying to find the cause, without success, apart from saying it’s neuropathic. I have concluded it is Abdominal Cutaneous Nerve entrapment

New concept
At least to me. I wanted to do a trial of Folic Acid and knew it might be impossible to evaluate the effects as it is summer and I am able to improve by what I do physically and I have more healing energy as I am not using energy to deal with the difficulty caused by the winter weather. I understand

new Medichecks results June 2024
Hi all, my new medichecks results from June 2024 are as follows… my active B12 is up from 49 pmo/l (sept 23) to 150 pmo/L so SI seems to be doing the Job! (Monthly). My CRP HS is raised from 3.98 mg/L (sept 23) to 4.470 mg/L (June 24) and am wondering if this is due to my reactive gastritis? Can I please

Big Ferritin Drop in a Year (over 50%)
Not a thyroid question, but a ferritin question if anyone is able to advise? Apologies in advance that this is long, just trying to set the scene. Brief background - I have Hashimoto's and after many years am on T3 monotherapy. I am vegetarian, and take various supplements as recommended on here, and

Hello, I am a newbie... I have been SI every other day for 6 weeks. I had increased anxiety and a panic attack after my last couple of injections so have not injected for the past 2 weeks, but my anxiety/panic and trouble sleeping have continued. My doctor said he has never seen this in any of this

Too much b12?
As a coeliac I don’t absorb b12 and after much stress with doctors I had the 2wks of loading doses and one every 3 mths with doctor. I pay for an injection in the other months and take Clean b12 tablets daily. As I thought your body can’t overdose I’ve been taking two b12 at night instead of one, and

Thyroid autoantibodies/TPO test results
I have primary hyperparathyroid disease and very low vit D. I'm waiting for a surgical referral, and I am waiting to have localisation scans. My thyroid TSH and T4 are within normal ranges, but this antibody test result is 68.7 (normal range is 0-9). Is this high or very high, please, and has anyone

T3/T4 and Anxiety
Hi, after considerable reading, I feel a bit like an idiot for not knowing about T3 medication, as I had been taking T4 for last 20 years now and never felt 100%. For the last six months, I had been battling extreme anxiety. I also tried Sertraline for GAD but that made me worse. I am still battling
