At least to me.

I wanted to do a trial of Folic Acid and knew it might be impossible to evaluate the effects as it is summer and I am able to improve by what I do physically and I have more healing energy as I am not using energy to deal with the difficulty caused by the winter weather.

I understand that when reducing or eliminating a supplement it is much harder to evaluate the effect than a new supplement or a change.

This is becoming harder and harder as I and my supplementation improve.

So I came up with the concept that when I reduce or eliminate the only rational way for me to evaluate is to wait and then try the supplement of increase at a later time. How long will be a guess.

I can apply this concept to all supplementation.

So I took 1mg of L-Methlfolate in the morning and an hour later slept for 4 hours. Which I take to mean it is effective in combination with my current trial.

I am way past believing anyone knows or I will ever know the positive or negative effects of any supplement at any dose. Nothing for it.

Having studied now for 3 years and 7 months I am more able to confidently decide what I want to do. There are 'tells' when someone is a Rosque Rules and is parsing information to meet their predetermined understanding. I now discount anyone who uses rhetorical arguments. Which is the majority.

I understand I do not understand and no one else does either.

I fear not living my life the way I prefer rather than conform to others fears just because they may be correct.

I also am wary of those that assume what is right for them is bestest. I would never let medicial personnel determine what is satisfactory at no risk to them.

I am a certified soil scientist and wetland scientist and am licenced to determine a legal wetland line. 90+- % of those licenced are what I call upland scientist. When they establish a wetland line it is really a line that could not possibly be a wetland as they are fearful of having to defend their delineation. I am not fearful although I may be proven to be incorrect. That is part of being a professional for me. Same training.

So after 5 days I will try a trial of 1mg twice a day.

I don’t get sleepy taking Methylfolate. The hydroxocobalamin injections keep my migraines in check, no more dark room and buckets for 3 days, help with strength in my legs and calm down tinnitus ( not so much lately) helps with seeing more clearly etc. I also take methylcobalamin in fluid form, the same as with the Methylfolate, they give me a bit extra energy and I tend to have a better sleep at night then on days I forgot to take them… too late in the day. So you see each one of us need to work out what works and what doesn’t. At 72 I do tire way quicker then a decade ago , it is what it is and I am still here like Clivealive .

It is a lot of work for me to determine what might be best and then to test it. Made harder as my body is changing and what is best is different.

Although I likely have two more months of trials I have been gaining understanding all along and now have good data about the effects of my suplimentation. Again difficult as I design a system of supplementation that is dependent on all the supplementation working as one.

I wasted a lot of energy and time when grossly under supplementing. No way I could have known with out doing the work and trials.

I expect to be level on all aspects compared to the summer of 2020 and miles ahead on some that I have experienced my whole life.
