T3 only - multi dose to single dose

Hello all……..so slowly but surely I have raised my T3 only to

30mg @ 0430

20mg @ 1030

20mg @ 1430

and I feel terrible in that my symptoms seem to have become worse.

i will be doing bloods again on Tuesday and last bloods showed my vitamins were optimal.

I am wondering if I should try the single dose again, as I felt better on that. Please can you remind me how I do that from my current dosing . Many thanks ☺️
