Hi everyone! Sharing my last test results! My levels all seem to be better, Antibodies are still high though, do you think is still worth keeping a GF and DF diet? I had the idea that removing gluten and dairy would magically reduce antibodies 😅 My symptoms have improved a bit, but I cannot say I'm

more than 12 months several trips to neurologist, scans and blood tests I’ve now been put back on B12 injections (on the advice of the neurologist to the GP surgery) every 8 weeks, my original GP said my levels were high enough to last for years and he thought it was masking something else so he stopped

Monitoring
Hello everyone Its been a while since i've been on this forum so apologies if this is a common question or if it has been asked recently but I'll make it short and sweet. I am a pernicious anemia sufferer since diagnosis in 2012 and have been on injections ever since now I don't know if it's just me

anemia but digestive issues (diarrhea)/multivitamins
Good evening everyone, I´m writing on behalf of my sister who is lactating now on her second year and has been suffering from diarrhea for the last two months. She has always had a tendency to it, but it seems to be aggravated. She is taking iron(liposmated) with vit C(ascorbic acid) because she has

Neuropathy fatty liver
Hi, I have fatty liver with minimal scarring. For last 6 years both my big toes have been numb from neuropathy. Recently I have started getting numbness in my thumbs and thighs. Has anyone else had such problems and what to do about it? My Dr prescribed 300mg gabapentin 2 times a day but doesn't really

B12 shots with folic acid
So, I was diagnosed with b12 and folic acid defficiency due to a bowel resection I had. GP has put me on 12 weekly Hydroxocobalamin 1mg IM injections as well as folic acid 5mg 3 month course. He warned me not to take the folic acid till a month after my first b12 jab. I was just wondering with it being

Advice on B12 injections
Hello :) I’ve not used this before, so hoping I’m writing in the right place! A couple of years ago my B12 was lowish at 160 - and the Dr advised that I take supplements - which I did . A couple of months ago I started to feel really rotten and very very tired, with bad headaches - I got some bloods

My symptoms seem to be getting worse
I have had PA for years, it was discovered because I had a mini stroke at 34. Once discovered I was put on B12 injections. After some time my energy came back but, the pins and needles, electric shock headaches, aches and pains never left - learnt to live with them. However, recently my stomach hurts

Hashimoto's blood test and cortisol tests
I have been asked by my GP Surgery to provide them with the list of blood tests I believe are correct for a patient with Hashimoto's. I don't seem to be able to find it. Would someone be kind enough to show me where I may find it please? Is it the same as under active blood test or are there 'extras'

Looking like Success with TTFD, HDT (High Dose Thiamine) 🤪
I feel absolutely marvelous... Long story shortened: With my current stack*, I kept over-dosing on my B1 hcl oral, so I thought why not try TTFD again at a really small dose of TTFD, first I tried 1/2 tab of 5mg ALINAMIN F (TTFD) – I had an anxiety attack. So I cut to 1/4 (1/4 a tab of 5g of TTFD (1.25

Can You Refuse Certain Blood Tests
I had a consult with a Livi doctor last week for non thyroid related issue, he wanted me to have a load of bloods done. I've checked online and see what he's ordered. It includes B12, which is pointless as I'm on jabs and have been for years, so B12 always very high. ( the lab always moan and point this

Ttc with high tpo antibodies
I have had 3 miscarriages in the last couple of years. 1 spontaneous 2 mmc. Always around 6 to 7 weeks. I was given aspirin and progesterone on the last pregnancy but it didn't work. After my 3rd mc I had lots of investigations done and it showed I had high TPO antibodies. Everything else was normal.

B12 and piece of mind. Coming to terms with being sick.
Every time I feel I am dealing with this, something troubles me. As well as low B12 I seem to have had cystitis again recently and am antibiotics, I can’t describe how worn down I am. I also have to inject a drug called Humira. This drug has many risks involved including cancers. Due to blood being in
