Hi everyone! Sharing my last test results! My levels all seem to be better, Antibodies are still high though, do you think is still worth keeping a GF and DF diet? I had the idea that removing gluten and dairy would magically reduce antibodies 😅
My symptoms have improved a bit, but I cannot say I'm feeling completely ok.
I think I should stop my iron tablets now?
Should I keep taking complex b (Igennus) and maybe add folate on top? I only just recently started with this complex B though (3 weeks ago thanks to this forum)
I was looking for an specialist to help me get some answers, but now Im questioning if I really need to? Any comments, suggestions are welcome
Thank you in advance

The question is not: are GF and DF diets going to reduce my antibodies, because that is irreleveant. The question is: do I feel better on GF and DF diets?
Reducing antibodies is not going to help you in the slightest. Even if you managed to get rid of them completely, you would still have Hashi's because that doesn't go away. The reason for these diets is that a lot of Hashi's people are gluten/dairy sensitive, so feel better when these are eliminated. Do you feel better on these diets? If not, try eating gluten or dairy again and see if you feel worse. If you don't feel worse then there's no point in continuing with the diets.
You're TSH is still very high at 3, so you're a long way off optimal.
FT3: 4.6 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8) 40.54%
FT4: 15.4 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22) 34.00%
And your Frees are very low, so you do need an increase in dose. Not surprising you don't feel good right now.
Thank you for your response! I don't think going GF and DF made a huge difference, maybe I'll slowly reintroduce to see how I feel.I'm not taking any medication at the moment, my TSH has never been high enough. GP said higher than 10 , he really didn't care about symptoms/family history.
