New thyroid tests
Hi all,can someone please help and interpret my latest Thyroid results from medichecks from June 2024. My B12 is much better but I still feel fatigued and now getting hip pain as well as back pain? my active B12 is up from 49 pmo/l (sept 23) to 150 pmo/L so SI seems to be doing the Job! (Monthly).

My symptoms seem to be getting worse
I have had PA for years, it was discovered because I had a mini stroke at 34. Once discovered I was put on B12 injections. After some time my energy came back but, the pins and needles, electric shock headaches, aches and pains never left - learnt to live with them. However, recently my stomach hurts

Hashimoto's blood test and cortisol tests
I have been asked by my GP Surgery to provide them with the list of blood tests I believe are correct for a patient with Hashimoto's. I don't seem to be able to find it. Would someone be kind enough to show me where I may find it please? Is it the same as under active blood test or are there 'extras'

Looking like Success with TTFD, HDT (High Dose Thiamine) 🤪
I feel absolutely marvelous... Long story shortened: With my current stack*, I kept over-dosing on my B1 hcl oral, so I thought why not try TTFD again at a really small dose of TTFD, first I tried 1/2 tab of 5mg ALINAMIN F (TTFD) – I had an anxiety attack. So I cut to 1/4 (1/4 a tab of 5g of TTFD (1.25

Can You Refuse Certain Blood Tests
I had a consult with a Livi doctor last week for non thyroid related issue, he wanted me to have a load of bloods done. I've checked online and see what he's ordered. It includes B12, which is pointless as I'm on jabs and have been for years, so B12 always very high. ( the lab always moan and point this

Ttc with high tpo antibodies
I have had 3 miscarriages in the last couple of years. 1 spontaneous 2 mmc. Always around 6 to 7 weeks. I was given aspirin and progesterone on the last pregnancy but it didn't work. After my 3rd mc I had lots of investigations done and it showed I had high TPO antibodies. Everything else was normal.

B12 and piece of mind. Coming to terms with being sick.
Every time I feel I am dealing with this, something troubles me. As well as low B12 I seem to have had cystitis again recently and am antibiotics, I can’t describe how worn down I am. I also have to inject a drug called Humira. This drug has many risks involved including cancers. Due to blood being in

Abdominal Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment
I have been suffering with bloating, nausea and burning pain from my hip down to my groin, and across my abdomen for over two years. I have seen many specialists trying to find the cause, without success, apart from saying it’s neuropathic. I have concluded it is Abdominal Cutaneous Nerve entrapment

New concept
At least to me. I wanted to do a trial of Folic Acid and knew it might be impossible to evaluate the effects as it is summer and I am able to improve by what I do physically and I have more healing energy as I am not using energy to deal with the difficulty caused by the winter weather. I understand

My CRP HS is raised from 3.98 mg/L (sept 23) to 4.470 mg/L (June 24) and am wondering if this is due to my reactive gastritis? Can I please

Too much b12?
As a coeliac I don’t absorb b12 and after much stress with doctors I had the 2wks of loading doses and one every 3 mths with doctor. I pay for an injection in the other months and take Clean b12 tablets daily. As I thought your body can’t overdose I’ve been taking two b12 at night instead of one, and

Is vitamin K2 ok with edoxaban?
I'm in the UK I'll keep it brief but I take edoxaban and bisoprolol for afib. I'm aware that historically Warfarin has a question mark over vitamin K1 for various reasons Some people seem to monitor using inr testing but my question is that more modern anti coagulants use a different mechanism of action

T3/T4 and Anxiety
Hi, after considerable reading, I feel a bit like an idiot for not knowing about T3 medication, as I had been taking T4 for last 20 years now and never felt 100%. For the last six months, I had been battling extreme anxiety. I also tried Sertraline for GAD but that made me worse. I am still battling
