MTHFR gene mutation
Good Morning Everyone Being my own advocate I recently looked into a possible gene mutation… well it’s positive And closely related to osteoporosis..: 40% of people have it and go through life not knowing.. I would suggest being tested.. don’t know about insurance but I’m glad I have my answer

Why has my ferritin risen so quickly!?
So I got my yearly iron panel check, and my ferritin had dropped to 42! even though I eat iron rich foods and take vitamin C with meals! any clues?
I posted recently about starting Thybon. I’m back with another post , feeling very despondent. My t3 was 2.6 (3.1-6.8) while t4 was about 17. (12-22) It was suggested I start slow and add 5 initially to the 112 eltroxin dose and increase when tolerated to 10. I began and although my energy lifted

Looking for advice/opinions. Big issue with medication. Need help! - New to ADHD
Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD and have started ritalin (10 mg - instant release). The first 2-3 days worked amazingly however I've come to learn that I do not like the sharp onset with similar comedown. Whilst on the medication I feel great and can focus on what needs to be done however

question about vitamin levels
I’m Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering When our vitamin levels are at a good level , does that in turn make our thyroid levels mainly our TSH T3 T4 levels to rise when TSH is under range. It just got me thinking as I’m been prescribed folate for 3 months by the doctors & will

magnesium summary
I subscribe to Consumer Lab which looks at the science behind vitamins minerals etc.. it then tests these to see if the products are what they say they are. Hopefully you can open the link. It’s long but gives an understanding of magnesium and why we need it if our levels are low. Click on Magnesium
