Juat been told I have liw vitamin D.Could this be a reason my b12 was also low? I've read low vit D can effect B12 absorbtion. Is that correct?

New results. I'd be grateful for some input!
So, after 3 years of testing every 8 weeks or so, I still don't trust my interpretation. 😂 Latest results on 150mcg T4 and 30mcg T3 are: TSH: 0.01 T4: 18.5 (12 - 22) 65% T3: 5.4 (3.1 - 6.8) 62% Previous results on 125mcg levo and 30mcg T3 were: TSH: 0.01 T4: 17.8 (12 - 22) 58% T3: 5.1 (3.1 - 6.8)

ropinerole opps
My husband has been weening himself off of ropinerole for over 6 months. He got down to 4 mg (2 mg twice a day) from 8mg going down .25 mg every 2 weeks. Never had an issue until last month. About 1 month ago he realized he was took the wrong pills for a week - was taking 8 mg a day for 1 week, when

Vitamins B1 and Magnesium
I was advised to try vitamin B1 in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.

vit d spray
I have just read through a thread of someone’s post and saw that it said the vit d spray did not need to be 4 hours away from levothyroxine, is that correct?

Anyone been blocked from other forums?
I joined the ADHD group a year ago. I made a couple of posts about nutrition and mental health and now I can’t post on there any more. Appears I’ve been blocked. I don’t think the moderators are open to any natural health options. It’s a shame as they all seem to be pushing their 7 year olds onto pharmaceuticals

Vitamin D: Secondary Analysis of the VITAL Randomized Clinical Trial (with a surprise!)
I don't know if this was previously posted (it's from 2020)...but it's fascinating. In their first analysis the researchers did not take into consideration...fat https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33206192/ Ah the secondary analysis was done by the same researchers from the original study!

Could it be MS?
For the last 11 months, I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in both feet. I have noticed when its cold I feel worse. I also have numbness, tingling and weakness on my left side in my hand and lower arm. I had a MRI in April 2023 with no contrast; both came back normal. My symptoms have

NHS Endocrinology appointment with results of NHS T3 tests. Are latest bloods in my favour or will they work against me?
Hi All, I am hoping to have T3 prescribed on the NHS (aren’t we all?!) or at least to have an understanding Endocrinologist. I am also hoping to increase T3 (See * below) My new NHS Endocrinologist I saw last month asked for me to take my morning NHS T4 and self-prescribed T3 as usual, then 2-4hrs
