Can I take vitamin B1 sublingually and also orally at the same time?

I don’t see why not, but why would you want to? Finding the B1 “sweet spot” of the correct dosage can be challenging enough without introducing additional variables.

May I ask why you would consider taking both together when it is already challenging to find sweet spot. Sublingual is a very low dose of 50mg whereas oral b1 would start on 500/1000mg and can go up to 4000+ How would you know which one was causing OD symptoms if that was to happen.
