Bonjour, que penser de la vitamine B1 sublinguale et à quelle dose ?

Je viens d'en commander pour ma maman et juste après je "tombe" sur un article disant qu'il ne valait mieux pas la prendre en sublinguale🤔

Qu'en pensez-vous ?
