87 years old but new to AFIB
At the end of last year, I noticed that my heartbeat was high. I had one of those finger oxygen readers which also provides the heart rate. It was a solid 200 beats per minute. I had no other symptoms so I was not scared and did not call for assistance. This continued for 4 hours For most of the

Tinnitus
I am experiencing constant tinnitus. I checked on line and tinnitus does not seem to be listed as a side effect for Eliquis. I see many people taking Eliquis seem to complain about this problem on line. I wonder if they have not yet discovered the correlation yet. It also appears there isn't clear

mixed dose rates with Eliquis
Has anyone been prescribed 5mg Eliquis for one dose and 2.5mg for the second dose of the day. I'm not at all sure about this just doesn't sound right to me. Especially as I'm also on aspirin.

From Clopidogrel to Eliquis
Hi All MPN members, I hope you are all having the best run you can at the moment. Just wondering if anyone else is on Eliquis as a anti-clotting agent? I was on Clopidogrel for about 20 years but it seems that it is not quite doing enough suddenly as I have had a few clotting issues lately. I have just

July 24, 2019. NOT “ESSENTIALLY SYMPTOM FREE”
On February 19, 2017 I wrote an essay “Parkinson’s Plasma Study Patient #1” in which I shared my enthusiasm for my recently completed young plasma study at Stanford. I wrote a follow-up essay, “Parsing Parkinson’s” on April 25, 2017. Of course, I’m not the only one interested in any long-term effects
