Where can Eliquis be purchased
I have been taking Eliquis and it has been paid by my insurance. Now my insurance has denied my Eliquis. I have heard of purchasing Eliquis from Canada or somewhere less expensive. Can anyone please advise their experience with who they purchase it from and is the quality as good.

Eliquis and Q10
Hi - I am on Eliquis 5mg 2X/day. I have been told by a nutritionist that Q10 Coenzyme would be helpful. I have also read on here several of you suggesting it - however on researching side effect/interactions I read that it may cause bleeds. Now I am confused. Any insights?

AFib possibly caused by Macrovascular disease 😳
I decided to go to another Cardiologist for a second opinion on why I'm so weak, nauseous & can't breath, I've cut out all medications except eliquis and feel sicker every day.. The new cardiologist is very worried that I have Macrovascular disease, she is sending me to a University hospital to have

Anyone on Eliquis and ibrutinib, or other CLL med?
I've read a Mayo Clinic article discussing the use of ibrutinib and blood thinners due to afib, re-introducing ibrutinib at 280 mg dosage. Frequent monitoring is required. I'm wondering about other CLL meds and Eliquis-type Rx as I'll soon have to make this decision.

How to check heart rate?
My heart rate is in the 70 and 80s so why is this called AFib..? I do have days when my heart rate is 120 to 140. I am on Eliquis, Digoxin and Verapamil .Monitor self with Kardia which really helps since I do not know if a radical pulse rate is accurate.

Bug Bites and anti-coagulants
This may be a strange question, but today while hiking, I was bitten by a deer fly or a yellow fly. For those of you who don't frequent Florida in the summer, these nasty little monsters can pack quite a punch. This isn't the first time I've been bitten by one, but it is the first time since starting

What does it mean to have CKD stabilized?
My eGFR bounces from 63-65 down to 51. Does that fluctuation mean I'm not "stabilized" as I've read that's a key goal in managing disease progression. I'm still taking an anticoagulant, Eliquis, which I think impacts my kidney function.

The NOAC Tour
I have been on a tour of NOAC’s since February 25 after being on warfarin for three years. This is my third attempt to leave warfarin, diet restrictions and INR’s behind. I started with Xarelto because I had taken it with Flecinide before. I was on it six weeks with mixed results. I had some nausea and

AFib and diet
I had my ablation last Wednesday and I’ve had no a fib or heart funny business or anything out of line. I am off of flecainide and only take a low-dose blood pressure medicine to keep my blood pressure down. I am only taking Eliquis at this point as well. My IEP is a hardliner when it comes to diet

Multaq (dronaderon)
I have had intermittent Afib since 2003. Initially I only took Bisoprolol but stopped taking it because of constant tiredness. The last two years I have had an increased amount of Afib attacks with a fast heartrate and low bloodpresure but have not felt bad during the attacks which could last up to

Ablation yesterday
Hello everyone. I went to the hospital yesterday at 5:30 AM and had my ablation at 7:30 AM. The doctor said that it went very well better than he had hoped for. Today I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. I had General Anastasia and I think they used the tube that was too Big and it really messed up
