Verzenio

I was wondering if anyone has used Verzenio after Ibrance and Fulvestrant have failed? I did get a couple good years on the Ibrance/Fulvestrant I am ER+ HR- and have used all my hormone treatment options and am facing IV Chemo. However my Dr. says Verzenio may be an option.

Any long time Verzenio folks out there? I have Cat Scan coming up next week and I am starting to think(worry) where to go next. I am on a long run with Ibrance, but I know it won't continue to work forever. Good wishes and blessings to all. Hannah

My dr wants to add Itovbi to my Verzenio but hard to locate since just approved. I am Er+, pr+, her2+ spread big time to my bones especially spine...so very painful. Just need to share with someone. Thank you everyone. 💚

Hello all, I’ve been on Verzenio 100mg since last September. I’m controlling the diarrhea pretty well with food choices. About a month ago I started vomiting about once a week. I’m not a vomiter in regular life at all.

Hello all, I just switched from Verzenio 100 to Verzenio 150. 100 made me so tired I could only do things for about 10 minutes and then I needed a rest. My stomach didn’t feel great, but it wasn’t horrible.

I just started a Verzenio in May. Has anyone been on these two meds for more then a few years? If do how are you doing on them?

Also did xeloda, verzenio , fulvestrant,arimidex to name a few. I don't know what could possibly be next but I have been on something this whole time and the thought of getting off is frightening. I did just find out I have and ESR1 mutation-- so Orserdu?? Just looking for any thoughts.

I have been on Verzenio, piqray, Xeloda and now Enhertu. I try to balance being hopeful and realistic. I don't believe there will be a cure in my lifetime but feel encouraged that new medications are being produced! My son is 12 and I would love to take him to college. 😘

Spoke with my onc today and she said if Verzenio fails she’s thinking about Afinitor. Said I’m running out of options and IV chemo might not be far off after that. I’ve been on Faslodex, Anastrozole, Ibrance and Verzenio is my 3rd line of treatment. No mutations.

Is there anything to reduce inflammation and if so, will Verzenio start working again? Sorry foe rambling. I am still trying to process it all. I so appreciate ANY input. Thank you all!

I started having trouble walking/ traveling a year after starting Verzenio then Ibrance. Both hips are “a mess” as the osteo doc said.

She will start on Verzenio and tamoxifen tomorrow. This will be her fourth line of treatment. The Canadian government doesn’t cover this as a later line of treatment but I have read about some small studies that have shown it can be effective.

I recently had bloodwork done and my kidney functioning is very low and it's never ever been low...I have to go back for bloodwork again on 4/26...has anyone else experienced this being on Verzenio? I've been on it a year im so scared :(

I brought up Verzenio in combination with Fulvestrant. She agreed that it was worth a shot!! YaY! I have only been on Ibrance with Anastrozole and a brief 6 day stint with Cape. This will be my second line of treatment. Any help or advice? What is your experience with it? Thank you!!! Jody

I have been on anastrazole and in May 2021 I was started on Verzenio. They said it is only approved to be used for 2 years. My question is why stop taking it after 2 years? Do my chances of mets increased after I stop taking it?

I'm wondering if anyone on here is on Verzenio monotherapy. That is just Verzenio,not in combo with anything. I take 200mg twice daily. I began this just over a month ago and wondering if anyone has been on this protocol and seen it help. To give a background. I was diagnosed first 27 years ago.

After only 4 months into diagnosis of stage 4 MBC and 3 months on Verzenio and Fulvestrant, my medication has been completely suspended due to progression. More lesions on the bones - pelvis and vértebra.

I am on abemaciclib/Verzenio and faslodex. My GP talked to an oncology registrar who said I should stop taking Verzenio for 5 days while on Paxlovid as there is a strong interaction between these two meds. My oncogy nurse said to stop it for 5+3 days.

Has anyone found any thing helpful to help with side effects faslodex and verzenio . Is there anyone feeling good ?
